True enough that "goofy foot" was cobbled from the surf world, but it is also true that it is a "standard" Steadicam term as it has been used for many years to describe an operator who flies with the rig on the right.

Just like Missionary and Don Juan were used by Garrett in an early workshop and stuck (got that from the book, havnt got to Charles' story yet).

Back to the questions...

The Nebtek 5 & 5.8 monitors look excellent in full sunlight like the Sony Z1u monitor. We don't need a hood at all!

We also tried out video iGlasses at one time but ended up selling them as the cable that connected them to the camera messed with our delicate balance.

Hope all is well with you.

Left foot leading isn't goofy foot... right foot leading is.
