Ok, I've been away for a few hours so let me catch up. Most of our rigs by themselves do not come with monitors built into them. This allows to offer a more flexible system, while keeping costs way below what you might pay for a steadicam system of the same capacity. Even with an added monitor the cost is often less. You can buy most Glidecams in configurations with monitors/other accesories as well, and many distributers have their own packages they offer.

Steadi - I'll pass along the message. (and no, we don't all say "wickid pissa" up here)

Yeah Casey, I know you don't, I was just being a goof. I grew up in Brookline, and don't have a trace of the accent myself.

I realized you were just jokin, I make fun of people's accents up here all the time (even though i have the same one). It's interesting, everywhere I've travelled in the US I have met at least one person that either has grown up in Brookline, or has family in Brookline.
