Streaming options

Hi Guys,

So far i am now doing two to three stream a month. I have been using a GH5 as my camera. Now i am planning to get a 2nd camera for wide view since i am using the GH5 for the close up or vice versa. Just don't know what camera i should get. What will compliment my GH5 or should i just purchase two ENG cameras for my live streaming purpose. Any recommendations. Also i am planning to keep it in a budget so i don't over spend the money. I don't mind buying used since i have been lucky with items that way.

Re: Streaming options

Perhaps it depends on what you are streaming.
I've used anything from handycam style Canon Vixia series to Sony V90.
I don't need interchangeable lenses or shallow depth of field for what I live stream. I do sometimes need a good zoom range though which I get from the types of cameras I use.

no SDOF needed since i have the fstop set to 4.5 or 5 during broadcasting to facebook. right now i am using the GH5 for close up and now i am thinking of getting another camera for wide angle. I saw the blackmagic Micro studio camera for 500.00. Anyways what do you guys recommend. I just need something that will compliment my gh5.

If you shoot in 4k, could you simply crop the wide shot to effectively get a CU also?
