Dicapa / Lyons / Fotofunding Leasing Lawsuit
 

Anyone use Diversified Capital (DiCapa) credit / Lyons / Fotofunding to lease equipment? Just got a class action lawsuit pamphlet asking to send a copy of the lease to see if I'm an eligible claimer LOL.

Says they overcharged tax/property damage fees.

Don't know if it's BS or even worth it, but let me know if anyone else here got the letter. Used them to get an XH A1.
