Thanks for letting me borrow some of it. It's a little overwhelming trying to come up with a contract. I had thought of a lawyer, but they may not know all of the particulars that I need. I found some freebees laying around and have been picking from those to word out mine. I just wanted to use the ideas you have. I really thought it was thorough putting the part about the camera placement being up to the discretion of <insert business name> You contract has given me some good direction to think about.
About the person 'stealing' the camera, that'll have to wait untill I have enough equipment to spare, lest they trip over the rug and shatter my little camera all over the floor. :} |
yeah you wouldnt want taht, which is why i use my old cheapy family handycam.. id NEVER hand my DVX to anyone.. lol
footage doesnt have to be perfect, on teh contrary, i WANT it to look awful.. like home video.. lol i then mask it with a recording frame... interesting stuff... as for taking elements, im ok with it so long as people jsut dont leech it like vultures.. dont get me wrong, im all for helping people, but sometimes when people take advantage of you it makes you wanna scream.. which brings me another subject, but ill shut up now.. |
Peter has requested that the contract be removed and I've deleted the links to it, to avoid confusion. I am also locking this thread, so as to avoid future confusion should someone else make a contract available. If you're interested in a Wedding Contact please start a new thread.
