our Google ranking is back
 

Our business site was always on google search. When typed in "wedding video auckland", we usually came up on the 5th or 6th page.
However, for the last 4 months, our site disappear from google. I can't found our site with key word "wedding video auckland", even if I typed by my business, nothing came up from the local google(Google NZ). I was able to found by Google.com.
One Week ago, I saw an increase traffic from google to our site. When I typed "wedding video auckland", our site came up at the 2nd page. We came on top with "HD wedding video". Some how our google ranking is back!

Does anyone of your had a similar experience?

it may be that something on your site was flagged by google (typing wedding too many times ?) - google seems to have a mind of it's own.

you should look at search engine optimisation, there are a couple of really good free programs out there (can't remember the name at the moment) and certainly look at statcounter.

Yes they do, but fortunately, they publish loads of information to help you tune your site. I'd suggest signing up for Google Webmaster Tools. www.google.com/webmasters/start
