Anyone care to recommend an attorney in NYC? I am looking for a savvy attorney, whether a solo practitioner or part of a big firm, who has an entertainment practice and can help with the formation of a business entity - for independent media production on a small scale.

And, hopefully, who doesn't charge an arm & a leg.
