Video broadcast contract
 

I have been approached to broadcast a wedding on behalf of a "wedding planner" for family members who cannot attend in person. This is something very new to me, and I want to ask for some insight amd advice. I have a simple contract that I use for 2 party engagements, but this seems different since there is a third party. Does anyone have some suggestions on what I should be concerned with, or where I can find such a contract? Thank you!
