Need "home video" license/contract
 

Im looking for a home video license/contract so that I can use peoples home video footage in my videos. I have found contracts for still photos and music. Nothing as far as a home video licensing agreement though.

Just to clarify your question, are you looking for a property release to use video images of people's homes in your production or are you talking about a license to use video footage from people's home videos in your own production? What is the intended use & distribution of your own video?

If it's the latter and your projec t is going to be used commercially, not only will you need to license the video, you'll also need a written release from evry recognizable individual appearing in the shots.

It sounds like he wants to use people's videos in his own videos...the footage at least.
