Hiring Production Assistants
 

Hey All,

Quick question, for those of you who (like me) have a small company or one man band and need production assistants once in awhile (1-2 times per month) what do you do / who do you hire / how do you find good production assistants?

Typically my production assistants help load in gear, help with random things during the shoots, and help pack up.
