Need help with a lawyer.
 

Hi everyone -

I need to start taking care of the 'business side' of the business and need to hook up with a decent reasonably priced lawyer. (Incorporating, contracts...) Can anyone refer me to someone in the SoCal area? I don't want to just look for one in the phone book. Never know what I'd end up with until it's too late.

I suggest talking to other business contacts in your area and getting suggestions, if no one here has any feedback on it.
Remember there are a lot of different lawyers for different things.
