Once again, company name

Hi all.

My video company is only me, and I do small jobs besides my regular dayjob.
So far its limited to some wedding and corporate videos, as well as subcontractor for a DVD production. I use weekends, evnings and occational day off from regular work to make time for this.

Suddenly I get some offers for bigger corporate work, witch will include some travel international, and an option to be involved and sed as subcontractor for more work if I deliver decent stuff.

and thus my question: I dont have logo, and not very 'exiting' name. Im registrerd as 'risvold videoproduksjon', and have the domain www.r-video.no
Risvold, being my name, and videoproduksjon meaning videoproductions.

Im not ashamed of my name, and videoproduction is what I do. Simple and correct. Also, lawregulations of one-man companies states i must have my name in it, but I could call it 'Zhen Bhudda Videocorp Risvold', and state that the common name is Zhen Bhudda Videocorp'. But I dont want to 'sound' what I am not. Im not a big company or production studio. My target customers is mediumsized companies with limited budgets, who wants decent video for decent rates

So, should I just keep the name and get some kind of logo, or should I get a new website, new name, re-registrate the company and then get a logo ?

I'm leaning towards just keeping it, but some people I have spoken to thinks I should get a more inovative name. Any opinions on the matter ?

Also I need a logo :) Anyone working freelance ?
