footage of gorillas?

thought that would get your attention! - they don't actually have to be doing much but we're in pre-production on a short film about a couple watching a nature doco (Richard Attenborough style) and we'll need some footage of gorillas or monkeys or chimps doing ... whatever. I could just hit the record button on the discovery channel but I'm not fond of the legal consequences.

Any ideas? anyone have any footage 'hanging' around

No gorillas...

... but got lots of footage of some wild brown bears if that could do?
If the nature doco not supposed to be about gorillas or monkeys I think the brown bear footage could do well.
It's shoot on Canon XLH1 in 1080/50i (PAL) which I think is the same format as you use in Australia?

Depends how much you need. Just got to a zoo. Zoom in, and... hope it works.

what a great idea! - I don't think we'll have too much problem adapting the script, there was only one mention of the program.

Mostly it will be the occasional shot of them watching the show on the TV and the sound of the narrator/music in the background -I'll plead with the director to think about it, but I think we're on a winner.

thanks for the offer
