Okay, I shot a not particularly great interview setup the other day (yes, I know the shoulder is blown out, arrrggghhh! Schoolboy error I know!!)

Anyway, I wanted to get a slight hint towards a cross processed look. A few people seem to prefer the original look that came straight out of the camera. I prefer my graded version, of course. Just wondered what you guys think.

I think it depends on what feel or reaction you want to get. The left shot is warmer and makes me think of the young girl as nice, sincere, etc. The right has an edge that makes me want to not trust her as much.

Hmm, that's an interesting point. I hadn't considered that.

'Before' has a dreamy, relective look, 'after' a more incisive, hard headed, down to earth one....

IMO, color grading an interview taints the interview in almost the same way as editing her words. I think it should be left as is for credibility.

Well. Whats the interview about? That would help to figure out what look you want to get.
