Let's say... We are in a nightclub.... Given persmission by the owner.... and everyone sees us running around shooting things...


and then we do interviews with some people in the club...


Does those people need to sign releases??

the words you used caught my eye and it looks like you might be attempting the same thing we did in Fresno California. if you send me your address then I'll send you a disc. check out www.nocovercal.com the website is in disrepair, but there are a few video clips. yes, you do have to get clearance, but it will never matter unless someone complains and or wants to sue you. Post a sign at the entrance saying that they will be on TV and have anyone that talks sign with all their info.
