Some of us are trying to get the manual for it (PDF).

We have a huge thread going on about it here in this forum. It's called "24p MiniDv on the way."

As soon as I get some concrete info about it, I'll launch a new section of the site which will be devoted to it. I talked to Jan Crittenden of Panasonic about this at NAB and she seemed genuinely interested in participating and helping us out. More about this as it develops.

Frank, can you give us a direct link to the page that talks about this camera and not just a link to the base website page? This supervideo.com website may very well be one of the most unorganized designs I have seen, as the useful info is buried in clutter. I spent a good 5 minutes there and have walked away from it with nothing. Thanks.

I noticed though that Charles hasn't posted the new information yet. Like I said, a bunch of us are trying to get the manual, and when we do, it's link will be posted or it will go up at supervideo. It does look like a promising cam. We'll just have to wait and see.
