Hello from the Mitten
 

My name is Evan Hansel and I'm from Michigan. I am NOT a professional when it comes to video or editing, I am actually a current student at Lawrence Technological University studying Architecture.

I have a great interest in Video so hopefully I can learn from everyone here. I currently own a Canon Vixia HF M30 which as you all know is a simple Consumer camcorder which has great picture but doesn't really do as much as I would like, some controls are hard to use.

I will be taking a Cinematography class in the spring to further my knowledge , hopefully I can learn more about equipment while on the forums.
