Seeing NAB for the first time was pretty awesome!
 

Hiya :) I'm Yasmeen. Went to NAB for the first time ever last week. It was a blast! As a total newbie to the industry, I learned a lot more than I expected to about Tungsten lights, MAMs, archival methods and the differences between FPS and hertz. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience :)

What was the first time at NAB like for you? Have you been to NAB? Or are you a veteran?

P.S. I'm based in NC, working as a product marketing manager for an online file transfer service (eSecureSend). My experiences with video production is limited to my phone and NAB. But I'm looking forward to learning much more!

It is a bit overwhelming, isn't it. It was great meeting you at NAB and hopefully, you'll return next year as a 'grizzled veteran' of the trade show experience.
