Another Canadian

Hey everyone, I'm glad to be a part of this community.

I've been coming to these forums for quite a little while now, looking up topics on Premiere Pro and the Canon XL2, and I must say they're among the most helpful. There's a great bunch of support ;)

I live in Toronto, Canada and headed to university next year. I'm giving a shot at and crossing my fingers for USC Film Production. I have (obviously) an interest in film making and a bit of one in website development, where I'm currently working with a studio.

I'll be sure to stick around.

Canadian unions/organisations for editors? camera ops?

I will be moving from Philadelphia back to my native Canada in a few months and am planning on making Montreal my home once again (it is where I was born, but it was 1987 when I moved to Ontario). I am curious to know what professional unions or organisations I should consider joining.
