I'm in Kempsville . . . but I love the north-end and Sandbridge/Pungo in the summer . . . at that point the ocean-front is for the tourists, but the board-walk is great for running and spending time on the beach in the off-season.

Oceanfront. Shadowlawn area. Yea, it gets absolutely stupid when the "tourons" show up from memorial day to labor day, but I do alot of promotions at the beach. Im sure you've heard of the notorious "block". I run alot of promotions at chichos and crazy charlies, in collaboration with alot of the reps from some of the bigger surf companies. If you ever need to shoot some SI footage and need some people to put in front of the camera, I know a bunch of hot young girls haha!
