It's kinda hard to do something on government and democracy. I rather stick to the old fashion short films. :)
Some background info:
For an English class, the teacher wanted all of the seniors in the class (100 students or so) to pair up in groups and make a film exposing the "truth" of government. Since we are reading the book, 1984, next 2 weeks, he wanted to help us understand democracy, government power, and the supposedly a hidden truth behind each point. I'm not going to go indepth into detail on what exactly, but we are suppose to make a short film/documentary on a certain topic. Since no one is in my group, I am doing it alone and my topic is on the minimum wage. How I approach this movie is sort of mock "voting campaign commercials." You know you've seen different commercials for the sides either for or against a certain voting measure. I already shot most of the footage, just polishing up it with a few more shots and then finally post. To be honest, I don't like doing this movie because it's kinda boring. But, at least it helps me learn more about my GL2.
Hope that helps. :-)
