What's that, Frank? A TV mini-series?

It's an American TV show, on 5 days a week. It's about 2 people being set up on a blind date, and about their date. It's funny actually. Next week airs the ones made in Vancouver. I just thought I'd mention it, so viewers get a chance to see what Vancouver's like---and what Vancouver's singles are like. (Probably no different from singles elsewhere.)

Frank (or any other Vancouverites), have you caught any of the interviews local TV (cable 12?) have been running with people that are going to be on the upcoming Blind Dates? I saw bits here and there. Some interesting stuff, about how the producers rush them through and they don't get to choose where they go and such.
The show doesn't really interest me, so I probably won't watch it, but it is pretty funny for those who haven't seen it. And everyone else should tune in so they can see the beautiful city we live in. :)

Yes, I saw the interviews. They all say that the booze helps take the edge off, and the ones who didn't drink say that if they had to do it again, they'd get drunk. Go figure....

Regarding Channel 12 (Victoria), that's a good station. I get to watch the Star Trek re-runs and LEXX. (Now don't start on me.)

Right Ch12 is NewVI. What channel does Blind Date air on? I thought it was 12, but must have been 13, right?

Yes, Channel 13 at 7:00 PM - Vancouver. It's a real laugh. What gets me is that these dates usually bomb---God created people to couple. What's wrong with these people? Is it the way they get picked? (incompatible). Perhaps this is what makes the show!
