tripod for Optura Xi AND SONY Z1
 

Hi:

I'm looking for a tripod that would support my soon to be purchased Xi (weight 1.6 lbs). Occasionally i will have access to a Z1 (weight 4.25 lbs), so it should be appropriate for that camera too.

I'm also looking for a portable tripod (not too heavy).

The best compromise I found so far is the Bogen / Manfrotto 755B MDeVe Aluminum Tripod Legs (Black) with 3433 (501) Fluid Head and Softcase.

It sells for $410, it weighs 8.25 lbs and has a leveller included (plus the bag).

from what i researched it appears to be a good compromise of weight and features. are there any better alternatives to this?
