Vinten 3471-3 quick-release plate

Has anyone used the Vinten 3471-3 quick-release plate? I'm scouring the internet but not finding much info on it other than from sites that sell it.

I'm wanting something similar to the standard Sony quick-release plate for a Vinten 5AS and EX1R and this seems like a good match.
