Manfrotto 701HDV,055XBK Mini Pro Aluminum Tripod

Guys I have a 5D Mk2 and would like to move from my small unstable tripod to this combo. Does someone has it or what can you tell me about the head or the legs?

I went with the 501 head and the 190 sticks.
