The best I can say is...........maybe.

They have concave foot rests instead of the Manfrotto pattern convex, which is a step in the right direction, but they don't look as deep as the Sachtler boots I have here, tho' these are for a 75 mm set of sticks, not 100 mm.

The thongs look longer too, but again, the 100's could be different.

Maybe fire a mail to: Barbara.Joumann@VitecGroup.com ,she's the Sachtler "Miss Fixit".

Sounds like a great question for the seller. Or go with the 1-1/2" black rubber pipe caps that fit over ABS black plastic pipe. Works great.
