Sachtler Support In Canada
 

Hello.

I'm hoping someone from Sachtler reads this. I'm in Canada and I'm trying to order parts for a CF-100ENG HD 2CF tripod. The U.S. site won't ship to Canada. I don't even know who in Canada handles Sachtler parts. I've emailed Vitec and they haven't responded to my emails. I've been a Sachtler user for 20+ years and am quickly losing faith in their support. Does anyone on these boards know of a different way to contact Sachtler?
