Dale,
this is the problems with most NLE's. They are able to capture only 2 channels in one pass.
The solution is to do a second capture with channels 3&4 only or as you do, using Sceneanalyzer.

Switch 'Audio 1' from 'Front' to 'Rear'. Then you can use the Shotguns on channels 1 & 2. It means that you don't get anything from the camera mic, but the advantages are that you'll get 16bit sound and you'll be able to capture directly.
