manhattan lcd mounting?

I have the Manhattan HD monitor. Mounting such a tall device on the camera "shoe" or using a shoe mount screw on the shoulder allows for too much wiggle and no tilting. What are some good directions for steady mounting? I can imagine a backmount plate with a four-screw base plate, but the the Manhattan LCD doesn't have any mounting options on the backside.

The next best thing would be a square U-shaped mount using the two side mount points, similar to the way facial mirrors are mounted. What can be done here? Here is a list of hardware that I've gleaned from posts in this forum, but nothing fits the Manattan LCD with zero modification.

Have a look at a recent solution I've been using...

That is amazing. Does that mounting arm wiggle? I'm looking for a 2-4 point mounting bracket for mobile recording, either on a shoulder mount (Vortex Media VSB-1 or my new GlideCam4000) This would be easier to find or make if the Manhattan LCD had some mounting points on the backside.
