I think super 8 is like a magic sauce to add warmth and poignancy.

I honestly cannot see the point of shooting in genuine Super 8 on an old camera so you get a wedding video that is the same as your grandparents?? It must cost an arm and a leg to get the film processed and then transferred to digital too.

Obviously there is a market for this still maybe from retro brides who are into a different look but I would doubt that the average bride would be looking at this kind of wedding video. It might be unique if they flattened the saturation to nothing, sped it up a bit and added captions ??? Then you could get the silent movie kind of video complete with piano music.. 1900's style !! Then again it's what the couple wanted if you look at their outfit styles which are in the same era!

I doubt whether my brides would go nuts over it !!
