I'm lucky, my wife is the second camera operator and our third camera is radio controlled - usually at the back of the church/wedding venue and co-located with the no 1 camera on the speakers at the reception.

Most of our material is multicam edited which makes the importance of the cameraperson understanding how their work can affect the edit even more vital.
