Sorry, I must have misunderstood as I thought that you thought that you needed the band to sign your legal indemnity so that you could record them for the wedding DVD. I didn't think that you did & it appears that your solicitor now agrees with me in that regard:-). If it is so that the band can use the recording elsewhere then that is another issue although the LM licence does cover unsigned bands.
