I must admit, we are shooting with this monopod this season for the first time, and I do have to keep myself in check and not walk away. Although this past weekend, having just watched your video, I think I was more conscious than ever :-)

My brother dropped my 7D twice and the first time was with the 24-105 and only the lens filter broke, but now the ring part of the filter is on for good.

The second time my brother thought the 7D / 70-200mm was stationed properly on the tripod and the whole thing slid off.

He's had to pay me for a new battery for the comer light, camera battery cover and the cracked lens filter.

His new nickname is Dick Dork
