Wow, that's quite a leap from the OP. I think it's entirely relevant as a discussion post in a videography forum. This guys name was definitely already in the public domain so it's not like he caused any harm to anyone.
I am fairly new to DVInfo (a bit over a year) but I love it hear because I get answers to technical, practical, and business questions that I have as I slowly do different types of video work. This is informative and interesting and related to what we do. Sort of like that guy who hit the bride in the head with the quadcopter over the summer, or the grandmother who threw a glass of wine instead of confetti on the B&G as they left the church.
