Man, remember when you couldn't stream an event in real time to the internet through a wireless camera to viewing attendees thousands of miles away? Those were the days.

Tape? What the heck is tape?

/actually 36 and remember having a remote-less UHF/VHF TV with 4 channels.

But was it black & white AND the main (only) TV for the entire household? I certainly remember that!

Here in the UK we only had two channels until 1964. We had to wait until 1967 before we had colour & it was 1982 before we got a fourth channel.

My parents' older TV, their first, was black and white in their room, and the cool TV which may have been a massive 19" (though maybe that came later... it's a bit fuzzy) was downstairs.
