It's hardly an add-on and I'm very late to the party but I just used multicamera editing in Vegas for the first time.

I don't know why I kept putting off looking into it!

Basically real-time editing.

Took us a year to use it. Takes seconds to setup and then makes things easier. You also played with changing the active take? Say you dont like the angle, just right click and choose the other camera angle.
