Worst possible background encountered when filming at an event?

I've had to deal with a few migraine and moire inducing backgrounds in my time, but
is a real cracker - just look what it has done to poor Alex Salmond's outline (as if his edges weren't feeling jagged enough early this morning!)
Beware of Saltires on giant LED screens.
