Crashplan - Cloud Back-Up - Doesn't like some files??
 

Hi folks,

I've been using Crashplan to back up my weddings over the last 6 weeks or so. I've signed up for a 5 year plan.

In a single wedding, I'd have footage from my Z5, a few GoPros, and audio files from the Zoom H1 and H2.

I've noticed that it doesn't seem to back up the GoPro footage or Zoom files to the cloud. The Z5 footage will go up okay, but then it seems to skip the other files and go on to the next wedding.

The annoying thing is that this isn't consistant, there are 2 or 3 GoPro and Zoom files backed up, but that's it, seems to ignore the rest.

Anyone have any idea as to why this might be?

I have been using CrashPlan for several years. No such issue. You should just contact their tech support to find out what's wrong.
