The cool thing about the A7 series is the crop mode for extra reach.

If I could be content knowing that f2.8 gave me enough bokeh in all shots, I would probably save for the G Master 24-70, and make it reach to 112mm (if required) on crop mode.

It would be bliss to have just one lens!

That would be nice, but you would lose out on the nice compression that longer lenses give you.
