I agree 100%.

We use QuickBooks, and we calculate quite a bit of stuff at 'end of year' for our accountant...but he still always manages to come up with several things (often 'new' tax laws) to save us money. The cost of the accounting service is totally negligable in comparison to the OVERALL COST SAVINGS he provides.

In Texas, does a videographer need to collect tax for DVD's sold? The DVD's are of a school play and weddings.

Since I'm currently, I use the word currently with hope, dual employed, I can't see myself sitting down and doing my taxes. We do however use quickbooks to keep the books, but tax time, I pay someone. I'd go nuts.
