camera angles...

large church with 3 aisles

One camera

Elevated angle available close to rear of church

How can I capture the entire play performance without obstructions
and without missing anything...

I thinking in one of the pews (this way I get a good depth of field)
Elevated all the movements on stage can be captured
but without the audience reaction.

Lastly center aisle (lowest depth of field capture of both the performers (except for rear entrances) as well as the audience reaction.

Anyone can share some light on this matter, I'd need to know before tomorrow at 8:15 EST

Borrow a second camera and operator. Have this second camera collect a wide shot, while you use your camera for medium and close up shots. Also, plan on how you're going to record clean sound. Maybe, you could plug into the sound system.

To simplify syncing the video, run both cameras continously.
