Just bought some Sony DVM60PR's

Just bought some Sony DVM60PR DV tapes. Is that a good tape?

Going to be covering a wedding, should I get some 80 minute tapes to cover the supposed 45 minute ceremony?

I would hate to change tapes during the vowels or first kiss.

Any tips?

Thanks in advance,

Mark

We usually use 83 minute tapes for the ceremony. If we know the ceremony is fairly short, we'll often shoot some pre-footage on the same tapes - otherwise we will use separate tapes for that. Then, any tape left after the ceremony is complete will be used for "middle" stuff and the reception.
