Rode NTG2 or Octava MK-12 for weddings?

Its always a compromise but if anyone has used both at weddings I'd like to hear your opinion. It will be used both outdoors at 3-15 ft distances and indoors where you have the sometimes noisy ambiance of weddings in small rooms. Ideally I would get 2 mics, one for outdoors and one for indoors but that's out of my budget right now. The Octava looks attractive as its got 3 capsules for different situations but in reality I've heard most people use it with just one of the capsules all the time.

High quality sound is not as important as good sound. I rented a ME66 and it sounded a bit tinny and dim but that was only my first impression. I want to eliminate background noise as much as possible and have a deeper sound to voices, meaning voices will sound more realistic with good lower response.
