You can easily tell, if you step through the footage frame by frame, you should run into an interlaced frame or two, followed by progressive frames. Well, that would be a possibility if this was 24p, but it's not. According to the original post this was shot in PAL. So if it was shot in progressive it would be 25p and have no pulldown. Just wanted to chime in with that.
