Colour Correction Oddity in Vegas to FLV render!

Dear Mr Forum Boss, any chance of changing the title and deleting this?

I'm experiencing some strange strobing effects on scenes that have been colour corrected in Vegas 7.0e then converted to a prog FLV. Please take a look in my post
