CPU Usage
 
All of a sudden when I render the CPU usage went up to 100% and is slower than before, is there a reason for that.

When I render the CPU is ALWAYS at 100% - see my PC spec in the profile. Are you saying your's did not before? Maybe your now working on a much more complex project than before? Anything else running in the background?

some stuff running in background, minimal, and yes it never used 100% before, and it was a short 1.5 min clip with some post. just haven't had it happen before
