thanks i saved footage in vegas as uncompressed avi , and when open in AE its asking me Interpert footage , Ignore Stright -Unmatted or Premultipiled... which one do i choose?

I don't think it matters - it's what you take OUT of After Effects and back into Vegas that is important (have a read of the previous threads again).

oh ok great ! .. so i am only saving my footage in vegas as AVI uncompressed .. nothing needs to be changed there? default templete? i dont lose quite by exporting it to AE and then rendering it there and then again later in Vegas?
