QT file, rendered in AVID only plays audio in vegas
 

title says it all.

I a couple short QT clips that I need and Quicktime player, and vegas only play the audio.

the file came from an AVID, and they play fine on that computer.

anythoughts?

They are probably encoded in Avid's DNxHD codec. Download and install that codec, and you should be fine.

I downloaded the PC version, and also the quicktime decoding only codec, but nothing worked.

hmmm, guess my computer just needed a restart to figure itself out, cause now its working.
