Slowing down audio/video just to edit?

I'm trying to edit a fast section of a music video I shot, and there is one really fast section I want to nail the timing on.

Is there a way to slowdown the playback of the whole project so I can be really precise in lining up my video clips? Or any other suggestions you may have?

Thanks

Hi Jeff. To the left of the timeline, there is a setting called Rate. It doesn't really look like a setting but if you double-click on it, you can key in 0.5 or some other speed factor. This will give you slow playback (or fast if you choose a factor > 1). I haven't tried this for anything requiring precise timing, so I suggest you do a short test first before investing a lot of effort.

The JKL keys works wonders specificaly the L key. Hit it once the footage plays, twice it plays at 2X, 3=3X etc. If you hold the L key down momentairly it play slllooooowww motion.
