vegas and nikon d7000

hola guys,
i'm rendering sample clips from my nikon d7k and i wanted to play back trough my wdtv on my super lcd tv.
Now i wanna ask you what file format should i render to preserve the best quality to be seen on my megascreen?
Shouldn't be an option to match the output format to the original file captured?
Thx a lot

found the answer:
blu ray 25p 1920x 1o80

but i have a question: how to avoid the jello effect?

Rolling Shutter (the "jello" effect) is a part of Video Essentials III from New Blue.

Vegas 10? Use the Stabilizer.

right.....

there are ways to avoid it; the simplest to shoot without panning (too rapidly), and ways to 'correct' it (sort of) - as mentioned above.

but why anyone would want to shoot 'serious' video on a hdslr is beyond me - don't bother trying to explain dof, great imagery, etc., it's completely wasted on me ;-)*

* there's countless how to's out there, along with praise, damnation, etc., i like the following:
